Can You Spot the Pedophile? (Take the test)

January 27, 2008 by admin · Leave a Comment

I don’t condone this - and I don’t think it’s funny…

But you might.

Here’s a page about whether or not you can identify a pedophile just by looking at a picture of him/her.

Identify the Pedophile Test >

Well, it’s something to do anyway…. Don’t miss the link at the bottom of the page. Does this guy have an inflated view of himself or what?

No it’s not me.

On the Road Again… Moving to ?

January 25, 2008 by admin · 3 Comments

We decided Krabi, and then here in Trang weren’t really for us. Trang is a Thai town, yes. But, it doesn’t have any real charm. We’re heading out in search of the ultimate Thai town, yet one that has modern conveniences - specifically a Tesco with French bread so I can indulge my western addiction on occasion.

We are in transition again - and that’s a good thing. For some reason my life has been transition. Blame it on attention deficit disorder or whatever, but I’ve been a rolling stone man - that much is evident as I look back at my life.

We may head up to Kanom I think it’s called. That area between Surat and Nakon Si Thammarat. It was very country and seemed to have good people last time we were through. There are some beaches and it’s close enough to hit a Tesco every couple weeks if we needed (I needed) to.

If Kanom doesn’t work we’ll figure out the next spot. I’d consider Chiang Mai - but neither of us have been there yet, so we don’t know what to expect. I’ve google earthed it and it seems nice enough from a topological standpoint - mountains to climb… cool winters… but we’ll see.

Maybe not writing much over next few days or weeks - we’ll see.

Welcome to the USA, Don’t Get ILL!

January 25, 2008 by admin · Leave a Comment

Someone else must have seen this story. It’s so bizarre that I almost can’t believe it’s true - but, knowing the USA with it’s rules - I CAN believe it.

A woman took her two teen daughters from England to the USA - New York. She became ill and was hospitalized. The hospital authorities said they couldn’t stay at the hospital with her as they were minors. They took them to an ORPHANAGE!

They were strip searched, separated from each other, and told they couldn’t see their mother in the hospital!

Is this nuts?

Thai Men and Thai Women

January 23, 2008 by admin · 1 Comment

I came back to my room just after noon the other day to work on the book and I heard some arguing in a room about 4 doors down. I looked out the window. A university girl was trying to take her motorbike and leave some idiot guy with his shirt off who was wrestling her for control of the motorbike and alternating that with squeezing her ass, tits, and pulling her shirt to get her off the motorbike. He might have been drunk - I couldn’t tell, he was just really controlling and physically disrespectful with her.

Thai guys are LIKE THIS man. There are many that feel like the woman is the property. Even in disputes where bottles are broken, people are cut or hit in the face - it’s usually left alone by neighbors and police. Domestic disputes between husband and wife or boyfriend - girlfriend are not disturbed… Thais just go at it - to whatever end.

100’s” of Thai Ladyboy Photos-Videos here

It was interesting this story in the Pattaya City news.

A farang and his date - a girl by all accounts, tried to get into a club in Pattaya. The 2 guys working the door - Thai guys - said the girl was a ladyboy and not a girl. She insisted she’s a girl. She showed her ID - she was a girl. They refused her entry. She sprayed them in the face with pepper spray! hahhahah. They beat the hell out of her - go see the photos at the link below. And the police charged the two guys only - not the girl at all.

Weird to see it happen like this…

Bring your Kids to Pattaya - you Idiots…

January 23, 2008 by admin · 4 Comments

Pattaya is a cesspool of human phlegm. Why would anyone in their right mind bring their kids to Pattaya for a vacation? So they could get a little ladyboy ass on the side? maybe.

I can’t see any other reason for it. The beaches suck. The people suck. The traffic sucks. The heat sucks. The water sucks. There is very little to do. And yet, there’s families there - little kids walking among the dirty old farkers that are hitting on 12-14 year old Thai girls they see on the beach.

What a shite hole that place is…

This story about 3 bright guys from Estonia - as an American I couldn’t point to within 20,000 miles of that on a globe, that attempted to go back and fight with 3 Thai guys that worked at a bar - harrassing people until they come in to see an overpriced show and ripped off at the end of it with bills that don’t match the experience.

Initially the tourist police responded I think - and then they were separated… but then they went back thinking - oh, we’re gonna get some justice here. So 3 farang walk back to confront 3 Thais which, through the magic of brotherhood, turn into 15 Thais.

People. There are 65 million Thai people here. There are 12 million tourist the ENTIRE YEAR in Thailand. None of your fellow tourists will fight for you. Whereas, any Thai within shouting distance will join in to beat your white, black or red ass just because if they didn’t then nobody would help them next fight. There are lots of fights in Pattaya.

Guys, give it up already…

Axe Wounded UK Homeowner Evens up the Score!

bloody-wall-752323 Axe Wounded UK Homeowner Evens up the Score!
I’m sure everyone’s talking about it but I haven’t been to any forms for a long long time. I’m so out of touch recently. This guy apparently came back to his house to find 3 Thai idiots robbing him. He confronted them and they swung on him with a hatchet (small axe). He was wounded deeply - as evidenced by the blood all over the wall in the photos at the the site that originally broke this story… and he chased them in his pickup as they sped away by motorbike.

HE RAMMED ONE OF THEM, knocking him off the motorbike and killing him! HA! That’s great stuff man! That makes my day. Of course he still lost money and other valuables, but man - someone swings on me with an axe and I can still move - I’m gonna keep chasing until someone dies.

Awesome man, just awesome news today…

Buy a Compaq Presario Notebook V3680TU or Similar at Tesco in Thailand?

v3500_15-775204 Buy a Compaq Presario Notebook V3680TU or Similar at Tesco in Thailand?
I did. What a headache!

I bought it because it had no operating system - and hence, was cheaper. Only 16,990 baht at Tesco Lotus. It has FreeDOS, but I don’t count that as an OS since you can’t do much with it.

My plan was to install Windows XP. It is not done easily. In 3 days it is now complete. It was a trial and I wanted to let anyone else know - if you bought a Compaq or ACER notebook in Thailand and it doesn’t have an OS - if you aren’t upgrading to Windows VISTA then you’ll have a hell of a time putting Windows XP on it.

I put XP on mine because it’s very fast and stable. I like XP a LOT and I didn’t want to switch to Vista.

If you want to know how to do it - I am building another small blog to cover the troubleshooting and to get you up and running with Windows XP. In short you’ll need to find a way to get past the SATA hdd drivers problem and then get over the sound and modem problems, not to mention the touchpad, and memory card reader problems.

If you want to buy one of these notebooks I’ll even buy it for you and install Windows XP on it for you - see page, “Compaq Notebook computer without OS, installing Windows XP” for pricing options and write me at my email in the upper right of this site.

Or, see new blog:

Accidents in Thailand? Get Away from the Street!

January 5, 2008 by admin · 1 Comment

I watched a youtube video of a traffic accident from Bangkok, Thailand not long ago.

Thailand Car Accident Video at Youtube - amazing footage…

Someone was filming the aftermath of an accident at night when there was another accident as someone ran directly into the pickup truck that was taking away the wrecked motorbike in the first accident. More people were hit (killed?) the vehicle hit hard and more people were needlessly hurt.

Yesterday I was riding the motorbike and saw a truck run up over the median, knock over a tree, and spin around to face oncoming traffic where another car hit it. The woman, her leg injured, got out of the truck and hobbled across the street to get help.

I sat and watched for a second from the side of the road away from the traffic that was building up. Many people were standing on the street to see it. Cars were slowing down… Then a huge double dumptruck came flying up the road - oblivious to what was going on - as they usually are. He beeped his horn as if he expected the stalled truck to get out of his way. He then ran directly into the truck, smashing the hell out of it and almost flipping it on it’s side. What was originally a couple thousand dollars in damage (usd) was now an absolutely totaled truck - $25,000 total loss.

Amazing drivers here in Thailand. Be careful, get AWAY from whatever accident you see because there may be another one shortly. If you’re too close - you might become part of it.

Driving During the Holidays, Thai Attitudes…

January 2, 2008 by admin · Leave a Comment

Just like Americans - I guess Thais are stressed during the holidays. I’ve had more rude interactions with Thais in the last week than I’ve had in a year. Mostly it involves cutting me off while driving - they’re in a car or truck and speeding up from 10 meters behind me to make a left hand turn in front of me and cutting me off.

I’ve also had an air container taken from me by a 60 year old - as I was using it - he must’ve been drunk… but the entire truck of people that watched him do it thought for sure I was going to lose it with him… I didn’t… but I remember his face exactly, every wrinkle… the stupid way he twists his mouth as if he’s chewing something - but, must just be his unique and strange expression.

Last night it was 3 guys on a motorbike that cut me off initially as I was making a left they jumped in front of me… then I must have somehow got caught between two motorbikes full of assholes because the one in back of me with two guys on it after the first one cut me off, thought that I was intentionally trying to get in his way. He must have… he pulled in front of me and locked up the brakes on the motorbike, skidding in front of me. I didn’t have time to react - and yet he was going fast enough that I didn’t plow into him.

When someone puts me in danger, and my g/f - it tends to amp me up a bit. I briefly considered pulling next to the two and running them off the road into the crowd of gwit diao soup eaters… but, I kept my cool because my g/f was on the back. I got the license number and I’ll wait patiently for karma to come around… and when it does, and where there aren’t 4 other guys to help him I’ll put a stick to the back of his head - Thai style.

:)

Happy holidays! Be careful driving…
