How to Stop Messages in Gmail – and Label them Spam?

I have no idea how to stop this guy’s messages from popping into my inbox in Gmail.
I’ve labeled his messages spam about 75 times over the past couple months and Google Gmail has YET to understand it’s god*&&% spam and I don’t want to see it.
What the heck? Anyone having this issue? It’s bizarre. How many times do I need to mark the same guy’s emails as spam before Google understands it and gets it? I’d think twice would be enough – yes?
Honestly, it’s been more than 50 times.
Anyone have a fix?
I don’t want to use a filter to send it to my trash. That’s avoiding the fact that it’s spam in the first place and I don’t want it.
Anyone? Bueller?
