Hi Kat,

I think so - but it's anyone's guess. Depends in large part what happens in the next week or maybe more. Things are always somewhat in limbo in Thailand - so, I'd recommend that you make your plans to come and teach. Especially if you'll be outside Bangkok - the rest of the country sees little of the problems that Bangkok does over politics. I sent you email - hope you got it. Good luck!

I read this book in a record time for me! 2 days! I can not get it out of my head! Although I do have thoughts of Warren being guilty of the crime and he had been doing it for a long time; I cant believe the way he was treated in ther prison hell holes he found himself in! I can only say to "Warren that he is the strongest person I have ever heard of. I work in a phycatric hospital in Scotland( I am a nurse) and I have seen a lot of horrible mind blowing things and have seen strong people come through some hard situations but nothing like what Warren had to go through! If I had deen in that situation I would too have became a herion addict but the difance is I would of taken enough to kill myself. You are an insparation to me and I will never get you out of my mind!
KEEP ON KEEPING ON DUDE!

I noticed a few hits originating from your site so thought I would see what was up. Sorry I am not a more avid reader of other's blogs but I am impressed with the effort you put into yours. Thank you for putting me on your Favorites List.

Not sure how deserving I am, as I am not as prolific or professional as yourself. You made my day, however. Thanks again for being so nice as to include me.

I await with trepidation your comments and before you consign them to the junk folder please note I link to your site. :-)

Hi Lee - thanks for commenting... hope things are well in the PI for you there...

Hmm... Dave and I used to chat quite a bit and I enjoyed it for a while. Then he started ignoring my chats and emails when I was asking him why he took down a link to the ThaiPulse.com/blog/ site. It wasn't an accident kind of ignoring, it was blatant because I tried repeatedly to reach him on the issue.

I don't want to say anything bad about him - but I don't want to recommend anybody go see his site either! lol. In Thailand there exists a lot of people that are not like me. I've resigned myself to that fact and just ignore a lot.

I think the south is getting pretty hammered by the heat and dry spell already. I thought it rained too much in the past in the south... Maybe just had a couple wet years and now back to normal? I prefer the heat to the cold and the dry to the rain, but man - I'm sweating as I type on the keyboard most of the day. Hate to use air.

Very hot and dry in Ban Na Doem, South of Surat, off highway 41. Couple of showers in the past 2 weeks but not enough to keep the well filled. Reservoir is very low and city water, a little trickle at a time. A lot different than last year at this time.

Hello,

I am planning a shopping trip to Bangkok in Early April.

There are recent news reports of bombing cases, and I am afraid.

Thank you so much for your response.

Very cute, but that flow chart is missing the following:

1a) Do you work for any one of the numerous media, charity and/or service organizations that lost income as a result of Tiger Woods’ scandal?
1b) Were you recently laid off from a position at any one of the numerous media, charity and/or service organizations that lost income as a result of Tiger Woods’ scandal?

He also owes those people an apology. A big one.

If you follow the news, you will know were there problems are in Bangkok. Bangkok is very big so there are many places in Bangkok where you don’t have to be afraid. Better not wear yellow or red shirts ;-)

I think it shows kids that all people are fallible... a golf superstar, an evangelical preacher, a monk, a president, and on and on... it shows kids - Don't get married if you can't keep it in your pants - you'll be made the ass of... nobody gets away with it for long.

It shows kids what the real problems of the world are... your inborn biological needs can totally control you and ef up everything in your social circle, your career, etc. Better to start working on getting control of everything - or, saying "ef it" and letting it run your life.

The reality is that Tiger is a man like every other man and God, or someone's great plan - put these strong urges into us. Kids should start thinking about that... better not to grow up with some fairy tale idea of how life is going to be later.

Tiger is a role model for those that want to be golfers. He's not a role model for the whole human race for all things moral and good.

Is there anyone that can be a role model for the human race? I've not met her or him yet.

I agree with most of this. Unfortunately, big star atheletes have to use a little caution in their personal lives, as a whole lot of younger people look up to them and want to be just like them, which makes them a role model whether they want to be or not. That's life, suck it up.
