Mother-in-Law in the House!
Due to circumstances far out of my control, my wife’s ma has moved in to the household.
You’re expecting me to relate horror stories, however, I can’t say enough good things about her. So far (and I have to qualify it, as it’s only been a few weeks), things are going way better than I ever imagined.
Baby loves her. That counts for a lot. She doesn’t do things the way I would do them – but, it’s her style. I can live with it.
Wifey loves her – of course.
She’s quiet, and dealing ok (for now) with my “no tv on in the house” rule – which has got to be the breaking point for her sometime down the road – if anything is.
Right now I think she’s just really happy to see her grand daughter daily and make her laugh.
Good times… good times…
