About three years back my lovely wife was making Thai food that was to die for. Daily. I was eating the most amazing food I have ever consistently had – and it was right there in our house. It was a dream come true really.

I watched as she made it – and she wasn’t going by any recipe… it was all in her head. She went by taste and since we both like it flaming hot and spicy that was one of the main considerations.
