If you think Cajun food is spicy you really need to try food from the northeast part of Thailand - Isaan region. I met my wife there over two years ago and we ate the best food of my life while we were there. There is something about a woman that can cook gourmet cuisine for every meal! I feel like a king!

Isaan food is spicy not only "hot and spicy" but just spicy and fragrant. If you like Cajun food you may well like Thai restaurant food. Have you tried it? I know there are more Thai restaurants than just the few we have listed here for Louisiana. I lived in Mississippi for a while and it seems to me that there were more there too.
