Krabi has some great beach sunsets. Find a quiet spot, in Krabi it's not that hard.
It's a large beach with many out of the way places. Smaller beaches abound too.
Get a motorbike and explore the area a bit. You'll see many things to take photos of. 
We stayed at this Krabi beach and took pictures of the sun setting for almost 2 hours...
