There are many monkeys at Wat Tum Sua (Tiger Cave Temple) in Krabi, Thailand.
You can feed them bananas or fruit, or just about anything. They are ravenous in the morning and
during the afternoons before they go back up into the trees for nightfall. Be careful or they will jump
up on you and take whatever you have. I've seen purses, umbrellas, shoes, and
backpacks taken by the monkeys. Be careful not to look the monkeys directly in the eyes - do not
stare at them because that is very threatening to them and especially the bigger ones might get angry.
The women with shaved heads and white dress are not afraid of them, there are a couple that swing
bamboo sticks at them and chase them when they get too out of control.  A monk cannot harm them though
as they've taken specific oaths that prohibit it.
