Kids having fun jumping off boulders into the
pool created by Na Muang
waterfall on Ko Samui's South side. There are also elephants
available to ride for
short distances next to the waterfall
(mostly for photos as they don't go too far from
what I could tell.).
There is Na Muang I and II waterfalls - you should see both - number
II requires a
bit of a hike - 30 minutes if you go slowly and 20 minutes if you go
very quickly. It's a
hot, humid and fairly steep hike through the woods to reach the
waterfall. We found
it worth it - but some older tourists from Europe were having a
tough go at it -
they were well over weight and it was probably too hot to be
attempting it for them...
