This is a secret Isaan "Hold them in your toes technique" that was passed down through the generations of my girlfriend's mother's side of the family. Shhhhhhhh.

Put the sections all around the outside and secure them with pins.

We made a simple circular cut piece for the top - but, you can get more extravagant. We chose the simple way as we were getting eaten by suppertime mosquitoes (notice the orange electric racquet behind her)!

Cover the top with flowers, baby's breath, whatever makes you happy! That's it! It WILL float... but, if it
tips over when you put it in the
water it's bad luck!
