Today 12/13: German & American face Sexual Child Abuse Charges

A German and an American were arrested in the sex crime ridden town of Pattaya for sexually abusing children police reported.

After being asked by German police to arrest a pedophile suspect Thai police tracked him to Pattaya and made the arrest at a bar.  An unemployed man, Andreas Hubinger, 53, from Mannheim, Germany, was arrested and accused of sexually abusing seven under age Thai children under the age of 18 years old, all boys.

Along with the Hubinger's arrest the Thai police arrested 4 Thai bar employees that were charged with procuring underage children for the German to have sexual activity with.  The young boys confirmed the abuse.

An American, John Langan, 62, was arrested last week and has been charged with sexually abusing 3 Thai children under the age of 18 yrs, all girls.

Both men are facing maximums of 15 years in jail and heavy fines if found guilty.

Both men will be brought to justice quickly - the police are expecting both cases to make it to Thailand's criminal court before the end of December.
