Today 12/16, Bus Flips in Surat Thani on way from BKK to Had Yai at 1:30am

Three passengers were killed in Surat Thani overnight and 32 others were injured when a bus overturned on the Asia Highway.


Police said they thought the accident occurred because of heavy rain and part of the road was very dark.

Comment:  Police neglected to mention a lot more... what else is behind this story?  Heavy rain and a dark road are not the causes of accidents... accidents are caused by negligence or some other determining factors like a tree fell into the road or a part of the highway was missing... or someone important turned in front of the bus, causing it to flip...  hmm..
